Firstly, we would like to wish all our clients a happy Songkran and hope you have a safe, but fun holiday. Let’s hope everyone gets good fortune and some extra luck for the coming year.
Our servers will still be monitored during the Songkran period and support staff will be checking emails and tickets at intervals, but replies may be slower than at normal times – all staff deserve a little break and time with family. However, we will try to answer as soon as possible.
Websites may also seem slower during this time. It is not our servers, but that the ISPs (internet providers) in Thailand can sometimes get ‘overloaded’ when everyone is on holiday (streaming TV, playing online games, etc.).
Logo Change – In Client Area
We have just changed the logo in our client area. There is no need to be concerned, this is just as step in us organizing focused and separate support teams for normal hosting clients (shared hosting) and our VPS/Dedicated Server clients. Managed shared hosting and self managed server clients have quite different support needs. As we move forward with our partners, these services will be managed by separate specialist teams (with knowledge focused to each service). The idea is simply that by providing a separate client area and focused support team for each style of hosting, that the already good support will get even better.
* Our clients won’t be moved, we are not changing companies, and you will keep the same logins, servers, and setting as before. Only the logo and behind the scenes systems are changing to provide a more specialist support network.
